Blending techniques from Katonah & Restorative Yoga we will lean into the calm & spacious pause that Winter invites us to embrace. In this workshop we will explore inward looking through asana, breathwork & guided meditation. A container to slow down & soften; creating space to reflect & replenish our spirit for the new calendar year. Following a 90min nourishing embodied practice we will spend our last 30 minutes journaling on our inner compass using the magic square.
