I have hired out the studio & facilities at the beautifully scenic FlexCoop in Croston for a special Summer Sangha Social.

A 60min Yoga practice themed around the heart will open the afternoon and then we have the amazing lakeside Sauna & cold plunge facilities all to ourselves for 90minutes. Guided cold plunges with breathwork will be led by Emily and Rob and in-between we can relax in the sauna and soak up the awesome views together.
